A Josephine Chez Dumonet Mystery Moment

It was very interesting to read an article in the Orange County Register, yesterday, "When in Paris, Dine Like a Parisian." In particular, I was intrigued by their recommendation of stopping in at Josephine Chez Dumonet and the description of their meal.

Pigeon, Beef Bourgingnon, and the Souffle. Delicious. And yet so familiar...

I know I absolutely flatter myself in even flirting with the notion that this writer may have gotten the idea from this Orange County Housewife, but in any case, whether you take it from my "French Bistro Moment" or the Orange County Register I have to wholeheartedly agree!
